MEET THE TEAM
GUY FORRESTER 
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Guy Forrester established All Access Staging & Productions Ltd. in 2009 to help create All Access Staging as a global brand within the entertainment industry. Guy has worked within the entertainment industry since the early 80’s, touring with notable acts as the Rolling Stones, Supertramp and AC/DC to name a few. Guy has also taken time off the road in Operational roles for some of the major companies in the Industry over the years. Returning from a three year stint in South Africa. 

In 2007 Guy visited his brother Clive in Los Angeles and was impressed by the staging operation he had built up in the USA.

Guy although having a background in lighting and lighting design recognised the opportunity that All Access Staging could offer the staging industry in the UK and so agreed to supply the All Access and Versa brand to the UK and Europe. A diagonal step but one working alongside his brother Clive after a 30 year break.


NIC CHURCHILL
WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Nic is the Warehouse Manager at All Access Staging & Productions and joined the team in 2014 as a Project Coordinator. 

Nic was brought into the team by Guy, who was looking to add his skillset as a carpenter to the All Access team. Shortly after, Nic assumed the role of Warehouse Manager, a position within the company that would draw upon his previous experience in the fields of retail and construction management. Although relatively new to the industry, Nic describes it as the most exciting and at the same time demanding sector he has ever been involved in. 

An industry where 100% commitment is required but job satisfaction is guaranteed.
LEIGH GIRDLER
EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Leigh is the Executive Personal Assistant at All Access Staging & Productions Ltd and joined the team in 2017. Previously Leigh spent five years in the world of theatre,  as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Leigh has also spent time as a Personal Assistant in the Financial and Public Sectors industries and so is able to bring a variety of support skills to the office team. Leigh originally from Durban- South Africa, studied Computer Graphics at University, and is key to managing the company’s social media profile for us here in the UK.











OLLIE RAWLES
PROJECT COORDINATOR

Ollie is a Project Coordinator and started at All Access Staging & Productions in 2010. Ollie’s path crossed with Robert Achlimbari from the Los Angeles office while providing crew for All Access Inc. and when the UK office opened he was keen to come on board. 
Ollie has worked with major acts such as Justin Bieber, Il Divo and Jessie J to name a few and toured extensively across all of Europe. Ollie spends less time on the road now but his experience is invaluable to managing projects in house. 
MATTHEW BULL
SALES MANAGER

Matthew Bull is the Sales Manager at All Access Staging and Productions and joined the team in 2012. Matt has worked within the industry for over 20 years in a variety of roles with previous laminates including Whitney Houston, Simply Red, The British Motor Show, and Who Want to Be a Millionaire. 

Matt enjoys working with new clients and especially realising designs for artist and creatives. However If you phone him out of hours he will often be found in his kitchen creating some amazing food or family and friends. He comments ‘why buy a curry when they are so easy to make…’













JOE COTTRELL
ROAD TECHNICIAN

Joe Cottrell is a Road Technician at All Access Staging & Productions and joined the company in 2012. 

Joe previously worked at G-Live theatre in Guildford and since joining the company Joe has worked on events and gigs all over Europe with artist such as Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, Pharrell Williams and Kings of Leon. Joe really enjoys the industry and always up for more complex and challenging sets.

MATTHEW KELLETT-SMITH
SHOP TECHNICIAN

Matt is a Shop Technician at All Access Staging & Productions and joined the company in 2016. Matt spends his time in the warehouse prepping up the equipment for shows and occasionally helping on site. His most enjoyable show to date has been the Apple Music Festival. 

Matt is also a keen footballer and has travelled the world having previously lived and worked in New Zealand playing for their winter football league.
