MEET THE TEAM
GUY FORRESTER
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Guy Forrester established All Access Staging & Productions, Ltd. in 2009. Guy got his start in the industry working for Showlites alongside brother Clive. He moved to the USA touring as a ‘rack man’ with notable bands such as the Rolling Stones and David Bowie. The opportunity to move back to Europe as one of a handful of board operators for Vari-Lite Europe was an opportunity not to be missed – and now he is working with his brother again after 25 years.

MATTHEW BULL
SALES MANAGER

In 1996, Matthew Bull began his career in the entertainment industry at Vari-Lite in Greenford after earning a national Diploma in engineering at Oldham College; subsequently, he ran the moving light workshop at the Millennium Dome.

He has worked freelance in recent years with involvement in television, corporate events, film, permanent installations, and touring. Matthew has toured with big name acts such as Whitney Houston, Take That, and Eddie Izzard, and he has created permanent sound and lighting installations for rides at Alton Towers and other Tussauds Group venues. Additionally, he planned and implemented a touring exhibition of James Bond artifacts, called Bond James Bond, and he has acted as crew chief on events as large as the British Motor Show.
NIC CHURCHILL
WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Nic Churchill doubles as our All Access project coordinator and warehouse manager in the UK. He is relatively new to the entertainment business, having worked for All Access since 2013. He worked previously as a freelance oak framer before receiving a job offer from Guy Forrester, the managing director of the All Access UK office.

OLLIE RAWLES
PROJECT COORDINATOR

Ollie Rawles is son of racing legend Bill Rawles. One may have foolishly imagined he would never stray too far from his hometown of Farnham, Surrey.

But when scrappy seventeen-year old Ollie was discovered by our salesman Robert Achlimbari running his own crew and stage truck, Rob could tell there was something special about him. Ollie is now the shining star of All Access, Ltd., having toured around Europe with Lee Evans, Jessie Jay, Nicki Minaj, The Wanted, and Justin Bieber, just to name a few.
JOE COTTRELL
ROAD TECHNICIAN

Joe was fresh out of sixth-form and ready to join the army when a friend he met doing casual work at the G-Live theatre in Guildford gave him a nudge toward the All Access doorstep. After a year with the company, Joe is a vital colleague, PAT test certified, and first aid trained. Joe's first gig in the industry was working at an Olympic event sponsored by Budweiser, but his favorite gig was watching the Lion King musical with his family.
